Описание процесса: Заявочный процесс пользователя, по которому проходила работа включал в себя обязательный шаг выдачи кабинета для дальнейшего совершения пользователем целевого действия. На момент начала проекта выдача кабинета была полностью ручным процессом, так как требовалось предварительно проверить пользователя на предмет благонадежности. 

На этот шаг также были завязаны метрики, что делали его важным в оценке продвижения пользователя по воронке.

Последовательность действий:

1. Проведён анализ потенциального воздействия данного шага на пользовательский путь и коэффициент конверсии
2. Проведены интервью с пользователями с целью выявления их потребностей
3. Сформированы требования к бизнесу
4. Подготовлена документация
5. Налажено взаимодействие с внешней командой, осуществлявшей техническую реализацию
6. Создана BPMN модель текущего процесса (AS IS)
7. Разработана BPMN модель целевого процесса (TO BE)

Анализируя динамику винтажей по поколениям, мы учитываем результаты предыдущего года для более точного сравнения и оценки текущих изменений. На графике представлена конверсия из первого лида в выданный кабинет, а также показана стагнация кабинета, обусловленная нехваткой ресурсов для его улучшения. С февраля 2024 года наблюдаем значительный скачок, что связано с тестированием и настройкой системы. Начиная с конца марта, мы приступили к полноценному запуску, что позволило достичь стабильных и положительных результатов по техническим показателям.
